Power cooking, part 3

Shopping List


Chicken Recipes:

20-30 frozen boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 bottle (16 oz) Creamy Caesar salad dressing

8-12 cloves freshly pressed garlic

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 pkgs fresh mushrooms (8 oz each)

flour

6 oz orange juice concentrate

1/2 c green onions

2 chicken bouillon cubes

11 oz can mandarin orange sections

16 oz jar salsa

1/2 c finely chopped onion

1/2 can of sliced black olives

1/2 c grated Monterey Jack cheese

1 can Golden Cream of Mushroom soup

1 c milk

1/2 c bacon bits

2 T Worcestershire sauce

2 T lemon juice

1/2 c soy sauce

1/2 c sugar

1 1/2 t red wine vinegar

2 t vegetable oil

3/4 t ground or crushed ginger

*have noodles, rice, corn, and beans on hand to serve with meals


Beef Recipes:

4-5 medium onions

5-8 garlic cloves, pressed

5 lbs ground beef

8 oz sliced mushrooms

1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup

paprika

salt

black pepper

1 can chili beans

1 can petite diced tomatoes

2 cans (6 oz) tomato paste

1 pkg chili seasoning mix

1 cup chunky salsa

1 pkg taco seasoning mix

1 each green and red bell pepper

2 tbsp red wine vinegar

1 pkg onion soup mix

1 tbsp Italian Seasoning Mix

1 can Chicken Gumbo soup

1 Tbs mustard

½ cup ketchup

*have the following items on hand and fresh when ready to serve: sour cream, noodles, shredded cheddar cheese, sliced green onions, taco shells or tortilla chips, lettuce, tomatoes, hoagie rolls, Provolone cheese slices, & hamburger buns)
